Maintaining balance through movement and breath

At the Self Centre we maintain balance through movement and breath.  We practice poses (asanas) and our breath (pranayama) within these poses. You learn about yourself through yoga, while challenging yourself and having fun!


Yoga can be modified for any level of student, and you do not have to be flexible to enjoy yoga and reap the benefits!
